My Little Friend Building (MLFB) is growing! We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Bilingual Spanish-English Preschool Teacher to join our team.
The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment where children can learn and grow through play, exploration, and meaningful interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Provide instruction and communication in both Spanish and English as part of our Spanish immersion program.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Observe and document children’s development and progress.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with families and team members.
- Follow MLFB policies, EEC regulations, and program procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to support children’s needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with preschool-age children preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish-English required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Caring, patient, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
- EEC qualifications or willingness to meet Massachusetts EEC requirements.

We intentionally plan and organize the classroom so students have the opportunity to develop in the areas of social emotional, life skills, language and literacy, math, science, creative arts, fine motor, and gross motor.
